Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests both over the phone and in person, promoting salon services and products while supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager. The role emphasizes service and retail sales, guest experience, and team collaboration.

You will handle bookings, assist with events, and stay informed about trends to better serve guests. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Experience in sales and guest service is helpful

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas and offering friendly, prompt service.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support services team by answering salon phone calls, resolving guest concerns, managing the services booking system and guest records.
• Build the services business by informing guests of promotions and events, inviting them to try services, and providing product recommendations.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience and meet sales goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
