Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests in-store and over the phone, promoting services and products. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager by focusing on service and retail sales, guest experience, and operational standards.

The role requires strong guest service, sales aptitude, and the ability to learn salon services and product knowledge. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proficiency with basic technology including POS systems and tablets.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedule incl. evenings/weekends.
• Knowledge of Ulta Beauty services and products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all guests and offering friendly, prompt assistance.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support services team with scheduling, guest records, and booking system management.
• Promote services and events, invite guests to try services, and drive add-on sales.
