Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon and store services through in-person and phone interactions. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager, drive service and retail sales, and help manage bookings and events to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a preference for a high school diploma, and strong skills in sales, customer relations, and communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system, Apple devices, Services Booking System).
• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events that deliver an unrivaled guest experience while delivering on sales goals.
• Develop guest relationships through in-person and over-the-phone interactions and provide appropriate retail and service recommendations.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings to enable continuous professional development.
