The role involves guiding guests through reservations, providing room rate quotes, and addressing inquiries quickly and professionally in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Basic math and cash-handling knowledge for transactions and balancing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through registration to checkout.
• Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks; manage money handling tasks.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges and credits on folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations and provide guests with room rate quotes.
