Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service related experience in hospitality, reception, or guest services roles.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and local language.
• Demonstrated flexibility handling shifting priorities and high guest volumes.
• Strong multi-tasking with accuracy across responsibilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move safely.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage arrivals, orientations, and departures with personalized service.
• Explain office services, spaces, and amenities to visitors to keep them productive.
• Track visitors, vendors, and guests; manage parking logs and security access cards.
• Coordinate courier services and support onboarding/offboarding as required.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency across guest services and admin tasks.
• Collaborate to communicate trends, develop best practices, and streamline processes.
• Support annual management plan by meeting key performance indicators and ad hoc tasks.
• Assist Experience and FM teams, including vendor coordination.
