Job summary

JLL seeks a Guest Services Ambassador to deliver exceptional reception and concierge experiences at a premier client office in Washington, DC. You will greet guests, manage visitor flows, coordinate security access, and support onboarding for a welcoming workplace.

The role requires at least 2 years of customer service, excellent English communication, and strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM on-site with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service-related experience.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with responsive customer service.
• Proficiency in information technology tools and platforms.
• Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and high guest volume with a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform minimal physical activities such as carrying small packages.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically welcome guests and assist with arrival, orientation, and departure.
• Create memorable experiences through proactive engagement and outstanding service.
• Track all visitors using established systems.
• Manage parking, vehicle logs, and access cards for employees and vendors.
• Welcome event guests, print visitor badges, and support onboarding/offboarding.
• Handle incoming/outgoing courier services, packages, and mail as required.
• Collaborate with team to identify trends and improve guest experiences.
