Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to employees and visitors, addressing needs promptly.
• Front Desk Operations: Greeting visitors, access control, registration, and calls handling.
• Workplace Support: Assist with room bookings, IT coordination, and policy guidance.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing meetings and events.
• Workplace Amenities: Maintain break rooms, lounges, and collaborative spaces.
• Workplace Communication: Share announcements via email, newsletters, and signage.
• Workplace Health and Safety: Promote safety protocols and incident reporting.
• Community Building: Organize wellness and engagement activities.
