Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out, and collect payments in line with company guidelines. You will handle front desk daily paperwork and ensure safety procedures are followed for associates and guests.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and associates.
• Proficient operation of the property management system (PMS) and audit functions.
• Follow safety rules and standard operating procedures; complete routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, and check guests in and out per guidelines.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures accurately.
• Maintain cash, credit cards, and city ledger accounts; handle balances and collections.
• Set up breakfast display and keep front desk areas clean and organized.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations where possible.
