Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Universal Agent to welcome and register guests, provide concierge services, and guide qualified tours to the site’s sales team. You will enhance the guest experience by delivering exceptional service and handling requests with professionalism.

The role involves prescreening guests for tours, coordinating arrivals, and supporting the marketing transition after check-in. Prior guest service experience in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and issue keys; manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Provide general concierge services and answer guest questions promptly.
• Coordinate tours and prescreen guests for sales presentations.
• Prepare arrival paperwork and welcome gifts for families.
• Handle calls, guest requests, and communicate with other departments to resolve issues.
