You will provide information on the area, quote room rates, and process transactions with accuracy, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include issuing keys, balancing cash, handling reservations for individuals or groups, and addressing guest inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor with a warm welcome.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math aptitude and cash handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly from registration to checkout and provide information about the resort.
• Issue unit keys, guide guests, and answer questions about area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks as required.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify correct charges in folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond promptly to inquiries.
