Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Universal Agent at our resort to greet guests, register arrivals, issue keys, and deliver concierge services. You will coordinate with the sales team to present vacation ownership opportunities and guide guests through the check-in and check-out processes.

The role emphasizes high customer service, accurate cash handling, and effective communication. Experience in hospitality is helpful, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; duties include answering phones,

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Vacation ownership experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Greet, register, establish credit and issue keys to guests per procedures.
Complete check-out procedures, compute bills, collect payments.
Deliver high level customer service and professionalism in all guest interactions.
Enter guest issues into WYNSOS and follow up to confirm satisfaction with resolution.
Print emergency reports and transition guests to sales presentation opportunities.
Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks; handle cash bank procedures.
