Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of successful customer service experience in a hospitality/hotel environment. Vacation ownership experience preferred.
• Demonstrate ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills, and good written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Programs

Responsibilities

• Greet, register and assist guests, issue keys and process payments.
• Provide concierge services and information on local attractions.
• Generate qualified tours for the sales team and transition guests to marketing presentations.
• Support front desk operations and maintain guest satisfaction metrics.
• Handle guest inquiries and coordinate with other departments as needed.
