Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from registration to checkout and to provide room rate quotes and reservation confirmations.

You will guide guests through the registration process, handle cash and card transactions, and balance receipts while delivering helpful information about the resort and local attractions. Excellent communication, basic math, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are essential.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through the registration process and provide room rate quotes.
• Balance cash receipts and process transactions per procedures.
• Complete check-out procedures and ensure correct charges/credits in folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Provide information about the resort and local attractions and respond to inquiries.
