Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly from arrival to checkout.
• Assist with registrations, issue unit keys, and share resort information.
• Provide room rate quotes and confirm reservations.
• Process cash and credit card transactions per procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete money handling tasks.
• Complete checkout procedures and ensure correct folio charges.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
