Job summary
Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Miami Beach is seeking a friendly Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service. You will assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and recommendations for local attractions to enhance their stay.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize guest requests.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
