Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Mid-Beach, Miami, seeks a Guest Experience Planner who thrives on turning guest requests into seamless results. You will leverage local knowledge and a network of partners to arrange transportation, dining, and customized experiences for VIP guests and groups.

Excellent English, strong communication, and 1–2 years of customer service help you excel in this role. Familiarity with local attractions and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Familiar with local area and attractions.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Prefer typing of 35 words per minute minimum.
• Customer service experience preferred 1-2 years.
• No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of guest needs and inquiries.
• Rely on local contacts to arrange transportation, reservations and experiences.
• Provide directions to meetings and events and explain hotel facilities.
• Advise guests on attractions, nightlife and services in the area.
