Qualifications

• Must be able to clearly communicate with residents, families, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and ensure proper sign-in procedure and issue visitor badge.
• Answer all incoming and internal telephone calls and direct to appropriate parties/extensions.
• Provide tours with necessary paperwork and notify Marketing staff.
• Give breaks to main concierge for the AM and PM shift.
• Call managers when visitors are in the lobby.
• Ensure that there is orderly traffic in the lobby area.
• Observe lobby and report any area that needs attention to appropriate staff.
• Maintain and update Marketing Brochures, Hand Outs, and other files.
• Make copies, file, and complete other tasks as assigned.
