Job summary

Pacific Hotel Management, LLC is seeking a friendly Lobby Ambassador/Bell person to greet guests and provide a memorable arrival and departure experience at our Palo Alto property. You will escort guests to the check-in area, assist with luggage, and orient guests to the hotel's features to ensure comfort and convenience.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and prior guest service experience.

• Understanding of local area attractions and restaurants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish a welcoming first impression.
• Escort guests to the lobby, check-in area and rooms as needed.
• Handle luggage, messages and small deliveries for guests.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
