Job summary

WellQuest Living is seeking a Concierge to warmly greet residents, guests and visitors, provide information about the property, and support administrative staff. You will handle phone inquiries, coordinate tours, and assist with various resident requests to ensure a high level of service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least two years in a related role, preferably with hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests and visitors in person or by phone.
• Greet residents and visitors by name and relay messages clearly and professionally.
• Answer telephones, route calls, take messages and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Arrange property tours for visitors and residents; assist with reservations for dining rooms and activities.
• Record maintenance work orders and coordinate with Maintenance for timely completion.
• Assist with mail, copies, and other office tasks as part of daily operations.
• Support marketing efforts by providing information and preparing marketing packets.
