Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care in The Villages, FL is seeking a Concierge who welcomes guests, guides them to services, and ensures a warm, home-like first impression. You will help guests navigate the building, connect them with CAHB tenants and hotel staff, and maintain lobby areas with a friendly, professional demeanor.

This patient-facing role requires good communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while keeping guests informed and at ease.

Qualifications

• Must be able to confidently and effectively communicate with customers, guests and team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment by greeting guests in a friendly, professional and approachable manner at all times.
• Maintain lobby areas by keeping them clean, tidy and well attended; notify staff for repairs or maintenance as needed.
• Demonstrate teamwork and strong communication while handling multiple priorities.
• Assist guests with directions and connect them to CAHB tenants and hotel representatives.
• Distribute information about amenities, services and medical offerings as requested.
• Be knowledgeable about The Villages and surrounding areas to help guests with inquiries.
• Answer lobby phones and assist callers with questions; make outbound calls as needed.
• Participate in hosting events at CAHB and assist in staff training.
