Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality or equivalent.
• Knowledge of local area including restaurants, landmarks, shopping centers and attractions.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks: emailing, MS Office, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and associates; be the first point of contact.
• Manage doors, parking guidance and transportation arrangements.
• Check-in/check-out guests and assist with reservations.
• Coordinate on-site meetings and escort guests to rooms.
• Provide personal shopping and deliver packages as requested.
