Job summary

Elegance is seeking a friendly lobby receptionist to welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff, answer phones, forward messages, and assist with mailing letters and packages. You will monitor the lobby and direct guests, keeping the area neat and inviting.

When leaders are unavailable, you’ll handle inquiries and tours, promote community activities, and support the activity director. This on-site role emphasizes courtesy, organization, and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused front-desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Professional and respectful demeanor in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff with a positive, professional attitude.
• Answer incoming calls, forward messages, and assist with packages and mail.
