Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in procedures

• Perform administrative tasks and maintain the front desk area
• Monitor access and issue visitor badges as needed
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile at shift end
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management
• Follow emergency procedures when required
