Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to join our team. The role greets and assists all individuals entering the hospital, ensuring hospitality and service from entry to exit.

You will act as the central point of contact and primary resource for other staff while delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service. Work schedule is .6 FTE (24 hrs weekly) on a Day/Evening Shift.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of working in public settings as a receptionist, concierge or other guest contact experience.
• Must have strong customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist all individuals entering the hospital to ensure hospitality and service from entry to exit.
