Job summary

Methodist Hospital is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to join our team. The role focuses on greeting and assisting all individuals entering the hospital, providing courteous service from entry to exit, and acting as the primary resource for staff and guests in a fast-paced setting.

Scheduled as .6 FTE (24 hrs weekly) Day/Evening shift, this position emphasizes customer service excellence, teamwork across departments, and a commitment to a welcoming hospital experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of working in public settings as a receptionist, concierge or other guest contact experience is required.
• Must have strong customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all individuals entering the hospital to ensure hospitality and service from entry to exit.
• Serve as a central point of contact and primary resource for other hospital staff.

Methodist Hospital is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to join our team!

Our Guest Experience Representative works cooperatively with all hospital departments and clinics to deliver optimal service to patients, families, and guests with minimal supervision. You will serve as a central point of contact by greeting and assisting all individuals entering the hospital to ensure the finest in hospitality and service is consistently provided from entry to exit. You will act as the primary resource for other hospital staff and perform related duties as assigned. This position enhances Methodists’ customer service image by addressing the broad spectrum of needs, and/or concerns and completes this in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 3 – 5 years of working in public settings as a receptionist, concierge or other guest contact experience required.
