Job summary

Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to join our team. You will greet and assist all individuals entering the hospital, serving as a central point of contact to ensure hospitality and service from entry to exit.

This role works cooperatively with all departments and clinics, acting as the primary resource for staff and performing related duties with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service, patient care or guest service role.
• Must be able to speak English and be easily understood, read, write English and follow directions and/or oral instructions in English.
• Must have strong customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all individuals entering Regions Hospital, acting as a central point of contact to ensure hospitality from entry to exit.
• Work cooperatively with all hospital departments and clinics to deliver optimal service to patients, families, and guests with minimal supervision.
• Serve as the primary resource for other hospital staff and perform related duties as assigned.
