Methodist Hospital in Minnesota is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to join our team. You will greet and assist all visitors, coordinate with departments, and act as the central point of contact to ensure hospitable service from entry to exit.

This part-time role (.6 FTE, 24 hours weekly) requires strong customer service and a friendly, professional approach to every guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3–5 years of public-facing receptionist/concierge experience.
• Strong customer service skills for a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Methodist Hospital is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to join our team!

Our Guest Experience Representative works cooperatively with all hospital departments and clinics to deliver optimal service to patients, families, and guests with minimal supervision. You will serve as a central point of contact by greeting and assisting all individuals entering the hospital to ensure the finest in hospitality and service is consistently provided from entry to exit. You will act as the primary resource for other hospital staff and perform related duties as assigned. This position enhances Methodists’ customer service image by addressing the broad spectrum of needs, and/or concerns and completes this in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.

Work schedule

.FTE .6 (24 hrs. weekly) Day/Evening Shift

Required Qualifications

Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 3 – 5 years of working in public settings as a receptionist, concierge or other guest contact experience required.

Must have strong customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
