Job summary

Park Nicollet Health Services in Minneapolis is hiring a Medical Receptionist to join our Gastroenterology team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating appointments with warmth and professionalism.

The role combines call center and front desk duties, with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or holidays, and opportunities to develop customer service and clerical skills in a supportive health care environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills required
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles
• Must be proficient in operating telephone headsets, PC, printer, copier and fax machine

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls in a Call Center environment and maintain high availability
• Greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-up appointments and referrals
• Support departmental clerical duties and provide courteous service to patients
