The role involves close collaboration with multiple departments to ensure seamless service and timely resolution of requests. Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, guest-centered mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is required; luxury setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and owners, anticipate needs, and coordinate personalized services.
• Arrange dining reservations, transportation, activities, tickets and events.
• Collaborate with Front Desk and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain knowledge of property amenities and local attractions for recommendations.
• Document guest requests accurately in property systems and follow up.
