Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests and support their stay at our property in Georgia. You will handle phone inquiries, check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and maintain front desk paperwork in line with ESA guidelines.

You will assist with reservations, upsell where appropriate, and ensure safety and security procedures are followed. Strong English communication and basic math are essential, as is a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests, associates and vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system; handle shift reports and audits.
• Basic math and financial reconciliation related to cash, credit cards, and guest accounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, and check in/out procedures.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts; manage breakfast setup when needed.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries into reservations and rooms.
• Adhere to safety, security, and cleanliness standards across the front desk area.
