Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly assist guests, answer phones, and manage check-ins and check-outs. You will process payments and ensure front desk tasks and daily paperwork are completed accurately while upholding safety standards across the property.

Responsibilities include resolving guest requests through Make it Right, maintaining organized work areas, and promoting ESA’s service culture with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Proficient English communication with guests, associates and vendors.
• Proficient operation of property management system technology and auditing.
• Follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and answer phones; check-in and check-out; collect payments.
• Complete front desk daily paperwork and follow safety guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues using ESA's Make it Right process; maintain cash, credit, and city ledger accuracy.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
