Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional guest experiences at the front desk in Atlanta. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and payments while maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby and adhering to safety guidelines.

You will respond to guest requests, promote ESA services, and help with breakfast setup and housekeeping cross-training. Strong English communication and basic PMS usage are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and interact with guests and colleagues.
• Experience in front desk or guest services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist guests with check-in/check-out.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures according to guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Handle cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts as required.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations or accommodations.
• Assist with breakfast setup and daily hotel cleanliness in common areas.
