Job summary

You will process registrations, manage payments, answer phones, and assist guests to ensure a superior stay while following hotel policies.

Responsibilities include fielding guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining safety standards to deliver excellent service and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; education or experience equivalent accepted.
• Ability to deal with customers with patience and diplomacy.
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to access and input information using a computer system.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly welcome and provide clear information.
• Complete the registration process and code keys and payments.
• Verify cards, handle cash, vouchers and post charges to accounts.
• Answer the telephone in clear English and input messages.
• Retrieve mail/packages and assist guests at check-out.
• Resolve guest issues within guidelines and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a neat, safe work environment and follow procedures.
