Job summary

Paycom seeks a Front Desk Associate to greet guests, check them in/out, and provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions. You will handle cash, input data, and ensure guest accounts reflect their stay with courtesy and efficiency.

Requirements include strong English communication, ability to stand for long periods, basic math and cash handling skills, and a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Able to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to perform moderately complex arithmetic and operate a calculator.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and handling guests calmly.
• Attention to detail when inputting reservation data and room preferences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and register them in the system.
• Input guest and reservation data accurately.
• Process payments and balance house accounts.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Answer phone calls within three rings and relay messages.
• Close guest accounts at check-out and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain a neat front desk appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
