Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• TIPS certification preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service or hotel front desk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm hospitality.
• Check-in guests efficiently, handling payment methods.
• Post charges and manage guest accounts.
• Assist with check-out procedures and resolve issues.
• Coordinate guest services with other departments.
• Assist with upselling and maximizing occupancy.
• Maintain cash handling and reports.
• Keep records and logs and handle PBX calls.
