Job summary

AKA West Palm seeks a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and residents as the first point of contact. You will register residents, manage reservations and provide information about suites, rates, and amenities to ensure a memorable stay.

The role requires strong guest service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel lobby, and collaboration with other departments to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and lobby operations.
• Check-in/out guests and assist residents.
• Provide information on suites, rates and amenities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
