Job summary

Think Hospitality in Miami Beach is seeking a Front Desk Agent to manage guest check-ins/outs, registrations, reservations, cashier close reports and front office reporting. You will greet guests, assign rooms and issue keys, while coordinating with bell staff and valet to deliver seamless service.

Desired candidates have strong English and Spanish communication, exceptional guest service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register guests by inputting and retrieving information; assign rooms and issue keys.
• Explain hotel facilities and directions; coordinate with bell staff and valet.
• Handle cash, foreign currency exchange, and post charges to folios.
• Review and communicate reports to departments; address credit issues.
• Assist guests as concierge; reserve rooms and arrange transportation.
