The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is seeking a Front Desk Agent who brings warmth, hospitality, and a personal touch to every guest experience. You will handle check-ins, inquiries, billing, and special requests while coordinating with bell, housekeeping, spa, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of hotel Front Desk or related hospitality experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns in a thoughtful and timely manner.
• Comfortable handling payments and guest accounts.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
