Job summary

Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests and coordinate check-ins/outs. You’ll assist with luggage, local transportation, and provide area information to ensure a memorable stay.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean lobby, handling guest requests professionally, resolving complaints, processing payments, and assisting with safety procedures. Hospitality experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests, staff, and management.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with PMS and CRM systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations and issuing keys.
• Assist guests with luggage and local transportation arrangements.

• Maintain lobby cleanliness and station readiness.
