Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience preferred or strong customer service background.
• Ability to handle guest requests with patience and diplomacy.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and team.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with arrival and departure from hotel, ensuring positive experiences.
• Greet customers promptly, provide information on hours and local attractions.
• Process registrations, input data accurately and manage room rates.
• Set up keys, imprint cards, balance house bank, and handle payments.
• Answer phone promptly and relay messages and mail as requested.
• Resolve guest concerns and negotiate solutions to maintain satisfaction.
