Job summary

Aloft Miami Airport is seeking a Front Office Agent to welcome guests, check them in/out and provide high quality service on site in Miami, FL. The role requires friendly communication, accuracy with guest data, and the ability to operate hotel systems and handle payments efficiently.

You'll assist with room assignments, answer inquiries about local attractions, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and respond calmly to busy periods.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computer system and process payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Provide accurate information on outlets, local attractions and hotel services.
• Process payments, verify guest identities, and code electronic keys.
• Respond to guest questions and handle requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and coordinate with other departments.
