Hilton Universal Los Angeles is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver a warm, efficient guest experience from arrival to departure. You will manage check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest accounts while coordinating with Housekeeping, Engineering, Bell/Valet, Food & Beverage, and Sales to exceed brand standards.

The role requires strong guest service, clear communication, and proficiency with PMS and payment systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Front desk or guest service experience in a hotel preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests promptly with a warm, personalized arrival and departure experience.
• Check guests in/out, verify IDs, rates, room type, payments, and issue keys.
• Create, modify, and manage reservations and room assignments, upsell where appropriate.
• Promote hotel outlets and services and upsell room types when possible.
• Answer multi-line phone system professionally and route or relay messages.
