Hyatt Regency Westlake in Westlake Village, CA seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm, efficient guest service from arrival to departure. You will manage check-in/out, handle reservations and payments, and provide concierge guidance while coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality experience or coursework is preferred.
• Experience with PMS and MS Office is a plus.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs accurately and discreetly.
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone and in person.
• Process reservations, payments, and room assignments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for readiness.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Provide concierge recommendations for dining and activities.
• Adhere to hotel policies, safety and security procedures.
• Stand or sit for extended periods and perform light duties.
