Job summary

Hyatt Place Hyatt House LAX Century Blvd in Los Angeles invites a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and provide local insights for a memorable stay.

You will handle reservations, answer inquiries, distribute keys, and ensure guest satisfaction with a friendly, proactive approach. Prior hotel front desk experience is a plus, but training is available in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel preferred, but training provided.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of hotel software/apps (Opera, Colleague Advantage, Zingle, BOB) is beneficial.
• High energy with positive attitude and proactive guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and managing guest information.
• Distributing keys and assigning rooms; handling reservations and inquiries.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and courteously.
• Providing local insights to help guests enjoy Los Angeles.
• Maintaining accuracy in check-ins/outs and professional communications.
