Job summary

You will check guests in and out, acknowledge Rewards Club members, address requests, and collaborate with team members to maintain safety and a warm, professional image. Night/weekend flexibility and a high school diploma are required, with front desk experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to read, write, basic math, and use computers.
• Experience in front desk or guest service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins/outs.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests.
• Assist guests with bookings and upsell opportunities.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Provide local knowledge and resolve guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain safety procedures and present a professional image.
