Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in front desk or guest services for at least 1 year.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills.
• Flexibility for night, weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm welcome that starts a memorable guest experience.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests.
• Take and manage guest bookings and upsell services.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Check guests in and out, issue room keys, manage safekeeping.
• Record guest preferences and respond to requests and concerns.
• Be a trusted contact for guests and escalate to management when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective gear.
• Maintain a professional appearance and act as a brand ambassador.
• Keep up to date with events and activities on the day’s schedule.
