Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Guest Services Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, and ensure an exceptional stay at our property. You will use a computer system to input guest information, verify cards, and post charges while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

The hotel operates 24/7, so shifts vary. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals who communicate well in English, handle transactions accurately, and uphold our high

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Accurate calculator skills and math.
• Fluent English communication in speaking and writing.
• Proficient computer data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them, ensuring smooth check-in/out.
• Handle payments, post charges to guest accounts, balance cash and POS transactions.
• Provide accurate information on outlets, local attractions, and hotel services.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate as needed following guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and support colleagues as required.
