Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong math/calculator skills for handling payments and postings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and register them efficiently.
• Input and retrieve guest information, confirm room details and rates.
• Process payments, post charges, and balance cash handling.
• Answer phones promptly with clear English communication and relay messages.
• Assist other front desk staff and resolve guest issues following guidelines.
• Maintain neat front desk and public areas and follow safety procedures.
