Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the property and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service and resolving guest concerns.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs for arrivals, departures, and walk-ins with professional service.
• Promote M life enrollment and benefits to guests and upsell upgraded accommodations when available.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests.
• Handle charges and credits accurately, balance cash and credit transactions.
• Protect guest privacy and security while delivering a smooth, hassle-free experience.
