Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas hires a Front Desk Representative to create a warm, memorable first impression for guests in a luxury resort. You will deliver personalized service, assist with arrivals, departures, reservations, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay.

In a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, you will anticipate needs, build connections, and create WOW moments guests will remember long after their stay.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of guest-facing customer service preferred.
• 6 months of cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with memorable service and anticipate needs.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, walk-ins, and arrivals/departures.
• Promote MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits to guests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet expectations.
• Process payments and balance cash transactions per procedures.
